Justine is a chic and vibrant brasserie in New Orleans’ historic French Quarter, offering an alluring mix of classic French cuisine and modern Southern flair. Designed by James Beard Award-winning chef Justin Devillier, Justine’s menu celebrates rich, bold flavors in a stylishly eclectic setting.

 

Signature Dishes

   • Shrimp & Grits: Gulf shrimp served with smoked bacon, grilled scallions, roasted mushrooms, and broken rice.

   • Vanilla Crème Brûlée: A luxurious dessert with pistachio biscotti.

   • PEI Mussels: Delicate mussels in a white wine saffron broth, paired with focaccia and sauce verte.

   • Crispy Brussels Sprouts: Enhanced with smoked bacon and hot honey.

 

Ambiance

 Justine’s combines a lively atmosphere with glamorous, contemporary decor, making it a favorite for brunch, dinner, or drinks. The restaurant features a full bar with signature cocktails, such as the Espresso Martini and a curated wine list.

Galatoire’s

Founded in 1905 this infamous address distinguished itself on Bourbon St from its humble beginning.  Fron the small village of Pardies, France, Jean Galatoire brought recipes and traditions inspired by the familial dining style of his homeland to create the menu and ambiance of the internationally-renowned restaurant.  Fine-dining century-old restaurant serving French-Creole fare in an upscale space.

The Carousel Bar & Lounge
